Especially in this subcategory Buchbinder scored strong and was the only one of the seven "test persons" to achieve a "very good". Among other things, the study certified the Regensburgers the "lowest total cost of a rental" and the "cheapest vehicles" for the small cars and the compact class, as well as the "cheapest extras", such as navigation systems and child seats. Particularly convincing was the "intuitively navigable website", which offers users various contact information and a separate complaints channel.
